The ACF Health Center at Samuel Town, Sierra Leone — founded in 2014. A surgical theatre, dental treatment, ultrasound, general screening and inpatient beds, with the Kim & Nancy Davis Eye Center operating within it.

Join a team →What began with brethren gathering in living rooms across the American South is today a fellowship bound to West Africa. We call it One Chapter, One Country. Every chapter takes a single nation and stays with it — learning its needs, knowing its people by name, and building something that outlasts any one trip.
A clinic standing in Samuel Town. A school full of children in uniform, with clean water on its ground. Young people discipled, trained and sent. Children in our care provided for month after month. Every one of these was built the same way: by ordinary members giving faithfully, over years, because they believed God would use it.
Our Four Focus Areas
Everything the South Region carries in West Africa sits under one of these four. Three have a section of their own above; ACF Youth Empowerment runs through all of them.
Medical Outreach
The ACF Health Center at Samuel Town, Sierra Leone — founded in 2014 — and the outreach days that carry care out beyond its walls.
Schools
The ACF School in Sierra Leone: classrooms, clean water at the borehole, uniforms on every child, and teachers who know each one by name.
ACF Youth Empowerment
Evangelism, discipleship, entrepreneurship and skills training — gathered under SendYouth and carried by every chapter.
Orphan Care
Steady monthly provision for children in our care, so that what reaches them holds level right through the year.

West Africa is the South Region’s territory within the wider ACF USA family. Sixteen nations — every one of them spoken for.
