Missions
Clinic
Chapters in Atlanta, Houston, Baton Rouge and seventeen other cities gave, and prayed, and kept giving — year after year — until by God’s grace a place of healing stood in Samuel Town.
Today our brothers and sisters in Sierra Leone carry the work themselves, sending word to regional leadership every month: patients cared for, mothers and newborns, children in school, orphans in their keeping. What began as a clinic has grown into a living testimony of Christian fellowship.
Will you stand with the Health Center?
Every gift keeps the doors open, the medicines stocked, and the team serving.
Give To The ClinicFour Pillars Of Our Mission
Guided by our call to reconnect with the continent and to glorify God, the ministry at Samuel Town spans four vital areas.
The Health Center provides medical care through a surgical theater, dental treatment, ultrasound diagnostics, general screening and inpatient beds for those who need to stay. The Kim & Nancy Davis Eye Center operates within it, delivering eye care and corrective glasses.
Maternity and immunization are reported to the region every month — deliveries, antenatal visits, vaccinations. It is a standing ministry of healing, accountable month by month.
The South Region supports primary education in Sierra Leone, anchored by the ACF School, and receives a monthly account of it. A completed freshwater borehole now serves the pupils and the village around them — clean water alongside learning.
A new classroom building and the school’s perimeter fencing remain before us.
🙌 Youth EmpowermentEquipping the next generation to earn a living and to walk closely with the Lord.
A youth fellowship gathers here and is reported on each month. Under the region’s SendYouth initiative, young people are discipled and trained — in evangelism, in entrepreneurship, and in practical trades that allow a school-leaver to provide for a family.
Medicine tends the body. This is the work that shapes the life that follows, and it is why a ministry of healing kept by a Christian fellowship bears fruit long after the clinic day ends.
Our approach places orphaned children with extended family wherever that is possible, and in safe keeping where it is not — with their schooling, welfare and spiritual care attended to by people who know them.
Orphan care is one of the sections in the monthly report from Samuel Town, and it is carried within the region’s standing commitment.
The Health Center goes out to meet the communities around it. The team packs up supplies and drives to outlying villages, and the queue forms before the tables are unfolded.
Your giving is what carries these days — transport, medicines, diagnostic supplies, and the servants of God who staff them.
