By accessing this website and participating in ACF South Region events, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our digital services.

2. Event Registrations & Refunds

Registration for regional events (Conferences, MEP, etc.) is subject to availability.

• Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted in writing by the deadline specified for each event.
• Cancellations: ACF South Region reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, text, and media, is the property of ACF South Region and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our branding for external purposes without written permission.

4. Code of Conduct

Our community is built on Christian fellowship. We reserve the right to restrict access to our digital platforms or events for behavior that is disruptive, harassing, or inconsistent with our mission and values.

5. Limitation of Liability

ACF South Region provides this website "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this site or participation in our events, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
